Delivery
We offer worldwide delivery to a variety of countries. When placing your order, simply select your country to check the available delivery options.
UK Orders
For orders within the UK, we offer free delivery on purchases over £50. Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same working day. Please note that we do not dispatch on weekends, so orders made on Friday will be processed on Monday.
Tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of the dispatch, please get in touch.
International Orders
We ship internationally, with delivery costs depending on your country. You can check your specific shipping rates at checkout. International orders are sent via a tracked service for your peace of mind.
Some countries may incur additional customs fees or taxes, which will be displayed during checkout.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we accept returns within 28 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unworn and in their original condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging with labels still attached and must not show any visible signs of use, including creases or scuffs.
UK Returns
Returns from the UK are completely free of charge. We’ll include a prepaid returns label with your order. Simply attach the label to your package and return it to us. Please make sure to keep proof of postage for your records.
International Returns
For returns from outside the UK, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. You may use the returns label provided or your own carrier, but please be sure to mark the return as “returning unsuitable goods” to avoid any customs duties or clearance fees.
Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 working days to be processed.
Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
